A. At Kingman Custom Contractors Inc., we spend a lot of time before the agreement is signed educating and working with our clients. That way we can build a better product because the budget is much more accurate and there’s less stress at the end because of allowance and budget changes.
The more the customer knows about all the materials that will be incorporated in his home (or other project) and understands the entire building process, the more total satisfaction will be achieved

Q. How long will the project take?
A. Remodeling projects vary in length based on the amount of work to be done. However, before beginning construction, our salesperson and project manager will go over a model schedule with you with estimated start and completion dates.

Q. Do you provide any insurance for your work?
A. Yes, we offer insurance protection for any property damage, for worker's compensation, for public liability, and we are licensed and bonded for your additional protection.

Q. Are there add-on charges or any hidden charges?
A. All phases and charges will be spelled out in advance so you have no surprises. If you chose to make any changes once the project has begun, any additional charges would be gone over with you and approved by you before they would be carried out.
